Under the theme of building a community with a shared future in cyberspace and opening a new chapter in China-Africa digital cooperation, China proposed the Action Plan for Jointly Building a China-Africa Community with a Shared Future in Cyberspace (2025-2026) and launched the China-Africa Internet Enterprise Cooperation Network.
